Setting up the AWS Private Certificate Authority with cert-manager using Jetstack Secure

One of the key benefits of Jetstack Secure is how it builds on cert-manager to easily set-up private CAs in order manage certificates at scale in Kubernetes. In this example we set-up cert-manager to work with an EKS cluster using the AWS PCA issuer.
