The road to personalized health: From vision to reality

Patients and caregivers all want better treatments, more equitable access to care, and ultimately healthier communities. And that means personalizing how we look at health, from integrating genomics data into therapeutic development, leveraging AI to improve clinician workflows, and even incorporating social determinant data into care plans. However, before your organization can achieve the mission of advancing personalized health, you must first develop a solid data strategy and plan, or in this case, a journey to get there. We call it the 'Road to Personalized Health', and we have identified four distinct steps you will need to take along this journey: Migration, Protection, Unification, and Innovation. Join us as we explore these critical steps and provide you with real-world examples of how others have navigated this journey in their organizations to innovate on behalf of the patient.
